Shift: Days | 3x12s (06:45 AM – 07:15 PM)
Compensation
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,002
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246/week
• W2 Hourly Rate: $21/hour
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care in the outpatient surgery/OR setting
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic
• Ensure compliance with Universal Protocol (Time Out) procedures
• Perform proper specimen handling and labeling
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support late coverage as needed to complete surgical cases
Schedule & Coverage
• Day shift: 06:45 – 19:15 (3x12s)
• Floating: Yes
• Call: Yes (late coverage to finish cases)
Requirements
• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year Outpatient Surgery / OR experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience with 1:1 patient ratios
• Proficiency with Epic EMR

• Mako Robotic Surgical System

• Average daily census: 13 patients
