LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Espanola, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care • Discipline: RN • Duration: 11 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 10 hours, days, nights • Employment Type: Travel Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Position Summary The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple departments and locations. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and experience working in fast-paced hospital environments while supporting safe and efficient patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care using the nursing process • Ensure care is safe, effective, timely, and patient-centered • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams • Follow and document clinical protocols and standards of care • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Identify and address patient and family education and discharge needs • Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel • Maintain competency and unit-specific education Required Qualifications Education • ADN or ASN Licensure & Certifications • Active New Mexico RN License or Compact License • BLS • ACLS • PALS (All must be AHA, American Health and Safety, or client-approved) • Must pass BCA (Basic Cardiac Arrhythmias) exam during first week (Failure to pass will result in dismissal) Required Experience • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialty • At least one completed 13-week travel assignment • Comfortable in fast-paced, floating environments • Strong team player with flexibility Preferred Experience • EPIC charting (training available) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
