Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Specialty (Float Pool)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Shift: 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week | Days
Assignment Duration: 11/24/2025 – 02/21/2026

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients with health issues ranging from simple to complex.
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
• Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor physiological data and intervene appropriately when necessary.
• Administer medications, initiate and monitor IV infusions and blood products.
• Collaborate with patients and families to communicate care plans and discharge instructions.
• Make appropriate referrals regarding patient care needs and delegate tasks to support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Step-down experience required
• Travel experience required
• Preceptor and charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to diverse patient needs
• Basic computer proficiency

Education:
• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure & Certifications:
• Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or Compact Multistate RN License (eNLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
