We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN for the PCU/Progressive Care Unit in Rockford, IL.
• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg/Progressive Care setting, monitoring critically ill patients and managing their recovery.
• Administer medications, assist with procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Must demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication.
