Floating Requirements
• This assignment will float between:
• Main Campus: 1919 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016
• Arrowhead Campus: 19007 N 67th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308
• Must be willing to float across all acute care units
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in pediatric acute care
• Pediatric Trach/Vent experience strongly preferred
• Children’s hospital experience preferred
Education Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
License & Certification Requirements
• Current Arizona RN license
or
• Compact RN license with multistate privileges
or
• Ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to start date
• BLS (AHA – Healthcare Provider)
• PALS (AHA)
• APHON preferred (required to float to Hem/Onc units)
