Adelphi is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide professional nursing services in a facility in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will care for adolescents in a structured environment and must be comfortable working independently with direct care staff during part of the shift.

• Ability to work independently as the only nurse on-site during part of the shift
• Competence with EHR systems and telehealth equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Availability to complete facility-based orientation at the start of the assignment

Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care within the full scope of RN practice for adolescents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations
• Monitor and document patient health status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
• Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize telehealth equipment and participate in virtual consultations
• Support health, safety, and wellness in a secure environment
• Complete facility orientation and ongoing required training
