Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of current TELE/PCU/Step Down experience License: Must have West Virginia or compact license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification required Must-Have: - 2+ years of current TELE/PCU/Step Down experience - BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification - Ability to work in a 1:5/1:6 patient to nurse ratio - Familiarity with Meditech EMR - Resident within 100 miles of the facility Description: This position requires 2 or more years of current TELE/PCU/Step Down experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certifications are mandatory. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 to 1:6, with fluctuations depending on census, call-ins, etc. Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid West Virginia or compact nursing license. This role will involve working a 36/48 schedule over a two-week pay period.
