TravelNurseSource is working with ATC Healthcare Services to find a qualified PCU RN in Orangeburg, South Carolina, 29115! Registered Nurse – Stepdown | Night Shift Location: Orangeburg, SC Position Type: Contract (13 Weeks) Pay Rate: $1830/week (includes $1110 weekly stipend, if applicable) Shift: 3x12s, Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) Start Date: December 16, 2025 About the Position Are you a skilled and compassionate RN ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic stepdown unit? Become a vital part of a facility committed to excellence in patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll manage a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, work closely with an interdisciplinary team, and apply your critical thinking skills in a fast-paced acute care setting. Job Requirements • Current South Carolina or Compact RN License • Minimum of 1 year of recent Stepdown/PCU RN experience (2 years preferred) • Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIHSS – Required • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and CPI – Preferred • Epic charting experience – Required • Telemetry and Cardiac Telemetry experience – Required • Community hospital experience – Preferred • Float within scope to similar units as needed • Experience with phlebotomy, IV therapy, and care of ventilated and tracheostomy patients preferred Our Culture There are a few things we look for across all hires at ATC, regardless of role or team.
