Exhibits strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and advanced math skills. Applies creativity, problem analysis, teamwork, and decision-making abilities in practice. Familiar with self-injurious behavior, antianxiety, antidepressants, antipsychotics, and mood stabilizers. Knows seclusion protocols and procedures, behavior management techniques, and crisis intervention strategies. Provides psychoeducation to patients experiencing various mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use issues.
