Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric care to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing services to patients in a behavioral health setting, ensuring safety, dignity, and therapeutic support.

• Shift Type: 8-hour Evening
• Weeks: 13-week assignment
• Hours: 32-hour guarantee per week

Responsibilities
• Deliver psychiatric nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with a focus on psychiatric or behavioral health care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
