Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patient mental health status regularly. • Administer medications and therapeutic interventions safely. • Support individual and group therapy activities and patient education. • Document patient care and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team. • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
