Requirements:
• 2+ years IMC/PCU/Stepdown experience
• ACLS & BLS required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Ratios: 1:4–6
• Float to Tele/MS as needed
• Every other weekend required

Unit: 15-bed IMC
Patient Types: COPD, sepsis, diabetes, chest tubes, ESRD/dialysis, post-op, cardiac monitoring
