Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,130 per week in Amherst, NH

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Requirements:
• 2 years RN experience required
• Strong PCU/Stepdown experience within the last year
• First-time travelers accepted with Epic experience and 2 years total experience
• Active NH RN license or Compact license
• BLS & ACLS required
• EKG test on arrival
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Experience managing & titrating cardiac/vasoactive drips including:
• Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin
• Integrillin, Labetalol, Dopamine, Dobutamine
• Cardiac skills required:
• Post-MI, Post-Cath (stent only, no CABG)
• ICD/Pacer insertions, Cardioversions
• Telemetry & dysrhythmia interpretation
• Respiratory skills:
• BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, HFNC
• Ventilated patients, chest tubes, ABG interpretation
• Must be comfortable with overflow patients (medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, ortho)
• 1 pre-approved RTO request allowed
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemption allowed)
