Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Monticello, Indiana.
Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments.
Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient condition and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Perform patient assessments and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and lab results
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
