We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown to join our team in Urbana, IL. This position offers competitive pay up to $2,463/week.
Responsibilities Include
• Providing high-quality care to patients requiring stepdown level monitoring
• Monitoring vital signs and patient condition changes
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely
Skills Needed
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
• Current RN license in Illinois
