Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a Med-Surg and Telemetry specialty to provide exceptional care for our adult patient population. The RN will manage neuro patients and must be equipped to handle various medical conditions while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
• Provide care to neuro patient population, including those with stroke, seizure, dementia, and acute mental status changes.
• Administer medications and therapies, including IV therapies and blood products.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms, responding to emergency situations effectively.
• Manage care for respiratory, cardiac, renal, GI, and diabetic diagnoses.
• Ensure adherence to isolation precautions and infection control practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med-Surg or Telemetry setting.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Pennsylvania or Compact RN license in hand.
• Preferred: Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy.
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred but not required; first-time travelers are welcome.
