We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse for the SDU (Stepdown Unit) in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced stepdown unit, monitoring and managing patients' vital signs and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and respond to patient emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and families to promote understanding and comfort.
