Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans using critical thinking and evidence-based practices • Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific needs • Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare team members to support service excellence and optimal outcomes • Coordinate and document safe, quality nursing care, facilitating interdisciplinary communication and teamwork • Participate in continuous performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives • Engage in professional development, preceptorship, and mentoring to support workforce competence • Assist in protocol development and resource management to enhance care efficiency across the continuum Qualifications: • Associate's degree or diploma in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Current RN licensure in a single-state or multi-state compact • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire • Preferred experience in direct patient care and endoscopy/GI settings Schedule: • Day shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week with variable days • On-call as needed • Minimum every other weekend and two major plus two minor holidays required Location: Situated in Thomson, Georgia, this area offers a welcoming community with a blend of small-town charm and access to regional amenities.
