Pending DC license accepted
• **MUST provide proof of pending status at time of submission and
• **MUST have DC license in hand prior to start date
• **Aya Paid OPEN LICENSE PROJECT**
2 Years Minimum Experience Required
Unit Accepts 1st time Travelers with 2 years experience
Float Requirement: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
Required Cert: BCLS
Preferred Cert: ACLS
Skills Required: General OR, Bariatrics, ENT, Neurology, orthopedic and Urology Lines.
Special Procedure:
1. Total joints
2. Spine
3. Craniotomy
4. Free flaps
5. Cyto reduction
6. Bariatric
7. ENT/OMF
On Call Requirements: 6 Calls per 6 week schedule
Weekend Requirement :1 weekend shift per 6 week schedule
Scrub color : ceil blue/ not provided
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.
• This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine*
