Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PCU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a Step-down/PCU environment, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide support and education to patients and their families.
Manage cardiac telemetry and respond to any changes in patient conditions.
Document patient care activities accurately in the Epic charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must have a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
ACLS certification is required.
Experience with cardiac telemetry and management of dysrhythmias.
Prior charge nurse experience and familiarity with the Epic charting system are preferred.
