Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU position requiring at least one year of CVICU or PICU experience and an active OK or compact RN license.

Responsibilities Position is in a pediatric CVICU within a hospital setting Night shift position with 12-hour shifts, three days per week Cares for critically ill pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions Assignment length is 13 weeks Responsible for delivering care to a designated group of pediatric patients with complex cardiovascular needs Duties include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, documenting interventions, and assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures Expected to effectively communicate care plans with patients and families and provide discharge instructions Must be able to delegate tasks to support staff Holiday coverage may be required based on the shift schedule Professional scrubs are required attire

Requirements Active RN license issued by Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC) Current BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association Minimum of one year recent experience in a CVICU or PICU Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
