Ratios: 1:3
2 years exp required (CHARGE EXP REQUIRED - hard stop, level II trauma exp required)
Weekend REQ: Yes - up to every weekend.
Certs REQ: CO/Compact RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Is on-call REQ? Yes - 1 mandatory on call per 4-week schedule - rarely happens.
No floating - managing Peds & PICU
