Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Job Details: • Work 12.5-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM • Perform nursing activities in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of surgical experience • Ensure provision of quality care for surgical patients through nursing process and established standards • Act as patient advocate and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel • Report to Unit Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, or RN Team Leader • On-call rotation required as part of position • May be floated to other departments where qualified to perform patient care before core staff is floated • Utilize established policies, procedures, and standards of care • Specialize in perioperative nursing practice Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on surgical excellence and perioperative care.
