Travel Psychiatric Registered Nurse - $2,074 per week in Hopatcong, NJ

Certification Details • BLS Job Details • Candidate needs at least 2 years of experience in psych. • Will be doing teams nursing and teams meetings with physicians. • Will also be working with social workers for discharge purposes. • Uses Omnicell and EPIC. • No IV certifications required. Job Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing. • Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). • Nursys license verification required. • Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start. • Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher. • Fingerprinting required via IdentoGo for specified departments. • COVID-19 vaccination and booster required or declination completed. • Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer). • Annual respirator fit test required. • Hepatitis B vaccination required (declinations not accepted at some facilities). • Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season. • TB test within one year of start date. • Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required. • Proof of Varicella immunity (vaccination or titer). • Tdap vaccination required (declinations not accepted at some facilities). • Physical/Health statement annually, must state clear to work. • National criminal background check within one year of start date. • Prime Core Competencies Exam with 80% or higher. • Prime Skills Checklist required. • Prime Color-blind test annually. • Prime Agency Attestation completed after all credentials uploaded. • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion search required. • Prime Badge Photo required. • Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required. • Prime Specialty Exam with 80% or higher. • Prime Orientation Packet upload required. • Signed Prime Job Description. • Prime Education Verification (diploma or transcripts). • DCI/BVP training for Workplace Violence Prevention. • Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start. • Up-to-date resume required at offer acceptance. • Two references required, including one from a manager or supervisor.
