Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric conditions will be essential in providing comprehensive medical care. • Conduct assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients with behavioral challenges. • Collaborate with medical providers and mental health staff to design and deliver tailored patient care. • Administer, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of psychotropic medications. • Guide patients and their families to interpret and manage maladaptive behaviors, facilitating healthy lifestyle changes. • Demonstrate balanced judgement in evaluating situations and addressing difficult or confrontational interactions professionally.
