Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Rapid response assignment with 48-hour notice
/n• 8-week assignment duration
/n• Work 12-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
/n• Patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients (estimated, not guaranteed)
/n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
/n• No RTO or special scheduling accommodations
/n• Work with advanced equipment including cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, tube feed pumps, EVDs/LDs/Bolds, continuous EEG, lumbar drain, Arctic Sun, and Licox
/n• Use Meditech EMR system
/n• Work alongside charge RN, multiple RNs, and PCTs on each shift
/n• Provide critical care nursing for complex cardiac and intensive care patients
/n• 18-bed unit with comprehensive staffing support
