Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/20/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 10 hours, days • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • Block scheduling with 1:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends • 40-hour orientation period required • No float, call, or weekend coverage requirements • One pre-approved time off request per contract • Only one holiday will be approved for time off • Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be AHA or American Red Cross) • 2 years of nursing experience required • Cath Lab experience required • Trauma Level II experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Charting system experience required with Epic experience preferred • Skills include angioplasty, central venous access/port placement, dialysis graft procedures, endovascular interventions, stent graft placement, and scrub procedures • California RN license required • Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing • 7-year work history verification required • 2 references from within the last year required • Non-billable modules averaging 1-5 hours completed during orientation Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular interventional procedures.
