Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/23/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required • Every other holiday required • Float within skillset as needed • Patient ratio of 1:4 • Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms • General emergency department combined adult/pediatric setting experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS • Preferred certifications: TNCC, CPI, MAB • 2 years of experience required • Travel experience required (hard stop) • Charge experience preferred • Must have worked in ED setting with at least 45,600 visits per year (125/day) within past 8 months • Triage experience is a hard stop requirement • Skills required: Triage, IV starts, phlebotomy, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, CPAP/BiPAP, care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions/PPE • Treat all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics • Daily census of 130 patients with 40 rooms/beds available • No on-call required • Must have compact license or MD license (some units accept pending MD license) • Two supervisor references required • Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of signing contract • Labs and drug screen appointment must be completed within 48 hours of signing Facility: This healthcare facility operates a high-volume emergency department with 40 beds serving approximately 130 patients daily.
