Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Provide nursing care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning for safe patient care delivery • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience • Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care • Hold shift accountability for emergency department patient care • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS (must be through American Heart Association - RQI certifications not accepted) • TNCC certification required • Alabama RN license required • Must use specific submission template to be considered for the role Facility: This regional medical center provides comprehensive emergency services and maintains high standards for nursing practice.
