As an ED RN, you will provide rapid assessment and treatment for patients in emergency situations, deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will maintain accurate documentation, prioritize patient safety, and ensure compliance with all clinical standards and protocols.
