Opportunity: RN - ED Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • No call responsibilities • No 48-hour shifts • No block scheduling • Patient ratio of 1:5 in 14-bed emergency department • 2+ years of nursing experience required • Level IV trauma experience required • Required certifications: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS • Must live greater than 50 miles from facility • Scrubs required - any solid color acceptable • Free parking available in front of hospital • Use MEDHOST - EDIS electronic medical record system • Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel • Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures Facility: This regional medical facility operates a 14-bed emergency department providing Level IV trauma care services to the community.
