Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/23/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - IMC Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • 3x12 schedule with every other weekend required • ICU experience required as travelers will cover both IMC and ICU units • Float to ICU and Med Surg as needed • Patient ratio of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS • MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required • 2 years of nursing experience required • First-time travelers accepted • Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms • Experience with Cerner charting system required • 24 hours of orientation provided • Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses • Work with special equipment including ventilators, IV non-titratable drips, HFNC, and dialysis equipment • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of signing contract Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 12-bed intermediate care unit with a daily census of 9 patients, providing specialized care for adults and geriatrics with complex medical conditions.
