Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Valid Montana RN license or Compact State license
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in swing bed, med-surg, or acute care
• Other Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills; experience in infection prevention or quality programs; ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage swing bed patient flow and daily operations to ensure smooth clinical processes.
• Conduct infection prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and department leaders, to optimize patient care and quality outcomes.
• Lead quality control initiatives, participating actively in performance improvement meetings.
• Provide bedside care within swing bed or med-surg departments as needed, supporting nursing staff and patient needs.
