A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - IR Job Details: • Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing invasive interventional procedures including angiography, embolization, cardiac catheterization, and other minimally invasive interventions • Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care • Utilize nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures • Act as patient advocate and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel • May be required to be on call for the Interventional Unit as needed • Minimum one year experience in critical care, emergency, cath lab, or IR required • Three years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab preferred • Current Oregon RN license required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, IV certification • Preferred certifications: RCIS, NIH Stroke Scale, conscious sedation training • Work with infusion pumps, PCA pumps, and other medical equipment • Provide age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial care • Bilingual English-Spanish speaking preferred • Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing required • BSN preferred Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a specialized focus on interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
