Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts with call requirements during weekdays and weekends
• Provide nursing care for patients under mild sedation in critical care settings
• Handle cases including ultrasound, CT, and interventional radiology procedures
• Use EPIC charting system for documentation
• Experience and skills in interventional radiology area required for successful placement
• Assume responsibility for assigned group of patients and document patient responses to nursing interventions
• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Obtain and monitor physiological data, observe patient manifestations and intervene when necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage IV infusions and blood products
• Interact with patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Oversee treatment provided by technicians and other service providers
• Delegate tasks to support staff and make referrals for patient care needs
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required
• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License required
• Current BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
• Must complete orientation and function independently in specialty area
