• Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Certifications Requirements: ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with LandD and Med Surg background; prior critical access experience preferred; ER experience is a plus
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shift (6:45 PM - 7:00 AM); strong communication skills; flexibility to float between Med Surg and OB units; current Kansas RN license; physical stamina for night shifts
