Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, excellent communication skills, strong clinical skills, flexibility to accommodate possible day shift options, and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting during night shifts.
• Assess residents' health conditions, develop and implement care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while documenting accurately in EMR systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and state regulations to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
