Qualifications
• Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a long-term care or geriatric nursing setting.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Skills: Strong patient care, wound care, and medication administration.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift patients, work extended shifts, and provide hands-on care.
