Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts with 3x12 schedule • 36 guaranteed hours per weekend • Weekend hours as required by the facility • Call requirements as required by the facility • Patient ratio of 1:5 • Must float as needed - this is non-negotiable • BLS certification required • 2+ years of experience required • Work with post cardiac surgery, cardiac and general medical patients • Utilize EPIC EMR system • Black scrubs required as dress code • Utilize nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability • Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers • Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information • Must be a patient-focused team player Facility: This healthcare facility has been providing healing services in the southwestern Missouri area for over a century, offering compassionate medical and specialty care.
