Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: Med Surg • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/16/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Patient ratio of 1:6 on a 54-bed unit • Every other weekend requirement • No on-call responsibilities • Holiday coverage as needed • May float within scope to meet facility needs • 2+ years of Med Surg experience required • First-time travelers accepted • SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • IV start skills required • Telemetry and cardiac drip management experience preferred • 12-hour orientation provided • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • Must wear royal blue scrubs • Epic charting system • Care for adult and geriatric patients with general Med/Surg diagnoses • During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams • Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Facility: This acute care hospital features 119 staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services to the community.
