We are seeking compassionate and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide expert care day coverage ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Details:
• Shift: Day shift, 12 hours
• Location: Oskaloosa, IA
• Type: Travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and update patient care plans.
• Provide personalized, compassionate care to meet residents’ individual needs.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in crisis management.
• Support a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
• Valid LPN license in the state of Iowa.
• Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility or equivalent healthcare setting.
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and handle emergencies professionally.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
