Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: Med Surg • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/16/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience required • Travel experience required - no first time travelers accepted • Telemetry experience required • Ohio or compact state license required • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) • Call required - must be able to return to facility within 1 hour when called • Epic experience preferred • Must have skills in MS/Tele, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams • Experience with peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management required • Knowledge of isolation precautions/PPE and portable oxygen tank use required • No holiday time off requests will be approved including days during holiday weeks • Smoke-free facility and campus • Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start through HealthStream • Must provide two recent supervisory references • 2 years recent/continuous experience required Facility: This community hospital operates multiple campuses providing comprehensive medical and surgical services to the local community.
