Job Description and Requirements • Specialty: Telemetry • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 02/10/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, days • Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM • Patient ratio of 1:5 • Every other weekend required • No on-call requirements • Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs • 2 years of experience required • First-time travelers accepted • South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • Experience required in MS/Tele, Telemetry, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, and Telemetry monitoring on the unit • Community hospital experience preferred • 24 hours of orientation provided • Royal blue scrubs required • Epic charting system • Free parking available • Care for adult and geriatric patients with common medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, end-stage renal disease, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias • 30-bed unit with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Rapid Response Teams • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • During hurricane season (June-November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams Facility: This acute care hospital features 286 total staffed beds and provides comprehensive medical services to the community.
