Job Description and Requirements

🌙 Med/Surg RN – Stepdown Preferred
🕒 Shift: Primarily Nights with flexibility to Days
⏰ Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30 | 4×12-hour shifts
📆 Hours: 48 hours/week
Requirements:

• Minimum 36 months of Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical) experience — required
• EPIC EMR experience — required
• Stepdown experience — highly preferred
• Critical Care experience — nice to have
• Experience administering and titrating drips including Nitroglycerin, Heparin, and Amiodarone — required
• Neurology care experience — preferred
• Oncology care experience — preferred
Certifications:

• BLS (AHA) — required
License:

• Iowa RN License required
• Compact license accepted
