Job Description
The Medical Surgical/Telemetry Nurse will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to best practices in a fast-paced environment. Nurses in this role will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry.
• Administer medication and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience; 4 years preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in MS/TELE nursing preferred.
• Must be willing to float between like units.
