Schedule / Shift Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30).
Job Description We are seeking a qualified Charge Nurse with extensive experience to provide excellent care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage patient care efficiently while supervising a team of nursing staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and manage patient care delivery.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
Active Ohio nursing license required (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 and forward).
One supervisory reference required for qualification.
Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.
