Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Charge Nurse with extensive experience to provide excellent care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage patient care efficiently while supervising a team of nursing staff.
Responsibilities
• Supervise nursing staff and manage patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior nursing staff.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Active Ohio nursing license required (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 and forward).
• One supervisory reference required for qualification.
• Required certifications must be active with nothing pending.
