Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting. This role involves direct patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
• Manage patient care in a telemetry unit
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and report changes
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management
• Collaborate with health care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in discharge planning and patient follow-up
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland or compact state
• BLS and NIH certifications required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Tele nursing
• Experience in charting systems, preferably Epic
