Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), rotating weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills and the ability to manage patients with a variety of medical conditions. Responsibilities • Monitor and assess patient conditions through telemetry and general observation. • Administer medications and execute treatment plans as prescribed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services. • Provide education and support to patients and their families. • Maintain accurate patient records and chart using the Epic system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting. • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. • Must possess a valid nursing license in the state of North Carolina. • Previous charge nurse experience is preferred. • Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
