Opportunity:

RN - NICU Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care specific to neonatal population characteristics
• Partner with patients' families and significant others using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nurses and staff when needed
• Required education: Associates in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred)
• Required licenses: RN (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state)
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 180 days
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and time management skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with composure
